Richard Foronjy is the manager of RSF Properties. He has lived with his wife and four sons on the Central Coast for 30 years. He is also the President of Hague Quality Water in Los Osos and proudly holds an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Richard attended CSU Northridge and received a BS in Business Management.

Kyle Foronjy is a co-manager of RSF Properties. He has worked in real estate for 12 years and is passionate about financial education. Before becoming a white-collar nerd he was a regular guy doing food prep, mopping floors, and delivering pizzas. Kyle attended UC San Diego and received a BA in History.
